Sunday Motivation and fitness!

I love Sundays. The most relaxing day of the week and a good day to examine my progress. This week has had its ups and downs but I’ve walked a lot and done many push ups. I feel great and ready to take my fitness up another level.

I recently sent away for Wheat Grass seeds. I started with just a few seeds and have grown them into full grown blades. Now I just need a juicer! I hear and read such wonderful things about shots of wheat grass I have to try it.

I still love spinach it is a wonderful topping for a sandwich or just even to munch on. Try it!

Spring is almost here. Check back this week for some ideas on spring cleaning. Not the kind of cleaning you expect though.
